Sarah Chambless provides expert counsel to rapidly scaling technology companies and their venture capital and strategic investors. Living and breathing startup culture, Sarah's experience lies in helping growth stage startups navigate financings (equity and debt), technology licensing, strategic joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and corporate compliance. Sarah also has experience in the planning, structuring and formation of venture capital funds, incubators, and venture studios for institutional and corporate investors. Sarah serves as a trusted advisor to companies in a diverse array of industries spanning from e-commerce and consumer products to software, big data, gaming, fintech, autonomous vehicles and digital health. Sarah is committed to fostering the local entrepreneurial spirit. She frequently engages in mentoring initiatives, speaking engagements, and guest lectures at incubators, accelerators, business organizations, and universities within the broader Southern California ecosystem. In addition, she holds a position on the Advisory Board of OSEA Angel Investors, an angel investment group championing women executives and entrepreneurs.
