Josh Rabinowitz joined the Firm in January, 2000, and became a partner in January, 2003 Josh’s practice is focused on the representation of businesses and individuals in their real estate, business, and related legal needs. Specifically, Josh’s practice focuses on all aspects of real property matters, including purchase and sale transactions, leases, financing, syndications, work-outs, tax deferred exchanges, easements and boundary disputes, and residential transactions. His business practice encompasses counseling developing and established companies; planning, structuring, forming and advising entities (including corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships); negotiating, reviewing and drafting commercial contracts; and financings, sales, mergers and acquisitions. Josh also enjoys representing home offices in connection with various family, business, and charitable matters. Josh earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at San Diego, with departmental honors, in 1990. He earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1995 and a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1998.
