McKenzi partners with entrepreneurs, growing businesses, and investors to navigate corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and strategic investments. She represents clients at all stages of development, from startups to high-growth companies, guiding them through complex legal and business matters. McKenzi is a corporate attorney with experience advising clients on business formation, for-profit and non-profit corporate governance, financings, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate matters. Prior to joining Feinberg Hanson, McKenzi was an associate in the corporate group of Cooley LLP, where she provided counsel to businesses throughout their entire life cycle in a broad range of matters, including formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital financings. McKenzi has been admitted to the Massachusetts bar.
