Robert Bull Bio

Mr. Bull has over 20 years of corporate, real estate, banking, leasing, development and finance experience. Mr. Bull also has experience in public and private equity and debt transactions and stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining Frederic Dorwart Lawyers PLLC in May, 2012, Mr. Bull was a shareholder with Greenberg Traurig, LLP in Chicago, IL from 2009 to 2011; a partner with Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago, IL from 2001 to 2009; a senior associate with Sidley Austin LLP from 1998- 2001, and a senior associate with Ungaretti & Harris, Chicago, IL from 1992-1998. Mr. Bull received his law degree with highest honors from Chicago Kent College of Law, where he was an Executive Articles Editor for the Chicago Kent Law Review. Mr. Bull was elected to the Order of the Coif. Mr. Bull received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
