Bio

Veronique Harvey-Bertrand is a partner with the business law group in the Montréal office. She focuses her practice mainly on corporate and commercial law, particularly with respect to: mergers and acquisitions of private companies, joint ventures, partnerships, corporate restructuring and private equity. She regularly represents various companies, particularly in the agri-food and retail sectors, in the context of drafting and negotiating share and asset purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, limited partnership agreements, supply contracts, and other commercial agreements. Véronique completed her Bachelor of Laws at the Université de Montréal in 2012. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the HEC school in Montréal, which she completed in 2007. She was admitted to the Québec Bar in 2013.
