Sophie Lessard-Berger is a partner within the Banking and Finance law group. As part of her practice, she advises and represents financial institutions, borrowers and investors in matters of syndicated loans, project financing and international financing operations. An experienced leader in corporate reorganizations and in mergers and acquisitions, Sophie also practised business law for many years before focusing her practice on bank financing.
