Simon Bisson Bio

Simon Bisson is a member of the Corporate/Commercial law group. He advises clients on transactions relating to the acquisition and sale of businesses and the operation and financing of corporations and investment funds. A member of the Barreau du Québec since 2014, Simon focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital and private equity. Simon holds a licence en droit (LLL) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa. Prior to his legal studies, he obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Université du Québec en Outaouais. While completing his undergraduate studies, he conducted audits for the Office of the Auditor General of Canada.
