Laura Bradley Bio

Laura Bradley is a Partner in Fasken’s London office. Laura advises on a broad range of corporate and finance transactions, including public and private M&A, joint ventures and debt/equity finance, particularly in the energy and natural resources sector. Laura has experience across the energy value chain, covering upstream, midstream and downstream oil & gas (including drafting and negotiating production sharing contracts (PSCs), joint operating agreements (JOAs), oil storage agreements, farm ins/outs and offtake contracts), power and renewables (including battery storage). Prior to commencing her training contract at Fasken, Laura worked in legal/risk roles for RBS and Europe Arab Bank.
