Julien Langlois Bio

Julien Langlois is a partner in our Corporate/Commercial group at the Québec City office. His practice focuses primarily on business law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Julien works on an array of complex business cases and advises a variety of clients, from start-ups to medium-sized and large enterprises, particularly when it comes to company mergers and acquisitions, financing activities and corporate reorganization. He is also called upon to assist in negotiating and drafting a wide range of business agreements. He has a Bachelor of Laws (international profile) from Université Laval and a Certificate in Management & Leadership for Lawyers from Bucerius Law School.
