Regularly advising financial institutions, as well as borrowers and project sponsors on multi-jurisdictional financings, John also works with clients on acquisition financings, corporate facilities, energy and mine financings and project financings. In his corporate and mergers and acquisitions practice, John advises on cross-border private equity transactions, as well as on international corporate finance transactions involving parties or assets across Canada, US, Central & South America, Europe and Africa.
