Jocelyn Auger Bio

Jocelyn Auger is a partner in the Business Law Group in our Montreal office. His field of experience extends to marketing, intellectual property protection, financing, privacy, data protection and cybersecurity. A member of the Barreau du Québec since 1997, Jocelyn has successfully combined his legal background with the business experience he acquired during his years as a senior manager. He has worked in the information technology and telecommunications industries, as well as in green technologies. His knowledge spans several areas of practice. Jocelyn brings a unique range of talents and experience to every project and team that he joins. Prior to coming on board at Fasken, he practiced for many years in a major Quebec firm. Mr. Auger also serve as Honorary Consul of Sweden in Montreal.
