Bio

Florind Polo is a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their objectives in complex corporate transactions. His practice is focused on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism and corporate finance. Florind has significant experience representing acquirors and targets across a broad range of industries in public and private M&A transactions including providing advice to boards and special committees. He has acted in contested situations, hostile bids and a number of significant mandates which have been recognized nationwide. Florind also acts for issuers and investment dealers in connection with public and private offering of securities including various debt and equity offerings. Florind received his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School and holds an Honours Bachelor in Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business.
