Daniel Picotte Bio

Daniel Picotte joined the firm in 1978 and has been a partner since 1986. His busy practice is centred on business law and has allowed him to develop cutting-edge expertise in the areas of transactions, restructurings and major investments in public or industrial infrastructure, in addition to offering clients seasoned counsel in Canadian and international markets. In 2020, he joined the firm’s senior management as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel. In this role, he is primarily responsible for managing compliance and all legal risks associated with the firm’s activities.
