Allison Marks is engaged in a broad corporate/commercial and securities law practice for private and publicly-held companies. Allison regularly advises clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including debt and equity offerings, private placements, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, go-public transactions, as well as general corporate matters. Prior to joining Fasken, Allison worked in the Capital Markets and M&A Group of a national business law firm and was seconded to Picton Mahoney Asset Management.
