Jason Goldfarb specializes in and manages our firm’s infrastructure practice – telecommunications, solar, wind, outdoor advertising, and power storage, with a heavy emphasis on EV charging for the needs of real estate owners, developers, investors, and municipalities, and companies in the EV ecosystem that concentrate on parking, mobility, multi-family, commercial, and fleet operations. He is a recognized thought leader, author, and podcaster in the EV infrastructure world due to his vast expertise from the incubator of wireless telecommunications, where he has worked for companies that have owned, managed, developed, built, bought, sold, and invested in, billions of dollars of infrastructure. Jason has managed thousands of wireless assets for some of the largest telecom companies in the country, and he’s directed construction and upgrades for thousands of cell phone towers and rooftop sites in major metropolitan markets and infrastructure acquisitions representing hundreds of millions of dollars of investments. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating contracts and transactional agreements, with subject matter expertise in leases, licenses, easements, amendments, title, due diligence, and surveys, and he’s an accomplished attorney and advisor to clients seeking guidance on corporate matters and business structuring.
