Jason Robinson is a litigation attorney focused primarily on complex commercial, environmental, and business litigation. Throughout his career, Jason has represented and advised clients in all facets of their business operations, including developing strategies to both prosecute and defend a wide variety of litigation disputes. Although Jason specializes in managing large, multiple-party litigation, he also frequently advises clients on a variety of non-litigation matters. Prior to entering private practice, Jason clerked for the Honorable Edward W. Nottingham, former U. S. District Court Judge for the District of Colorado, which provided him a unique perspective on the adversarial process unavailable to most lawyers.
