Craig Joyce uses his four decades of trial experience to find cost-effective solutions for the complex litigation and regulatory challenges his clients face. Since entering private practice in 1980, Craig has continuously honed his skills in the courtroom and appellate courts, as well as in arbitration forums and state administrative boards and agencies. He frequently represents litigants in real estate disputes, but he also handles complex commercial litigation, and he has a depth of experience counseling telecommunications and wireless technology companies. In real estate disputes, Craig represents developers, lenders, private landowners, governmental entities, and other parties in a wide variety of disputes including partition, quiet title, condemnation, and foreclosure proceedings. He also represents clients in general commercial matters including partnership dissolution, automobile dealership law, trade secrets disputes, title insurance cases, and probate litigation. He represents individual clients, small and closely held companies, and publicly traded companies in a range of industries. For most of his career, Craig has worked with a wide array of telecommunications and wireless industry participants in legal and regulatory matters. His experience includes helping clients navigate the deregulation of the telecommunications industry. He also follows transportation and energy-related dockets before the Colorado Public Utilities Commission.
