John Marcil has three decades of experience representing clients in strategic corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, joint ventures, and private equity transactions. John has a particular focus on the energy industry, including utilities, power facilities (including coal, natural gas, solar, wind, hydropower, battery energy storage systems and biofuels), midstream services, decommissioning, environmental remediation, energy transition, technology, and private equity and other institutional investors. John leads the firm's corporate group.
