Andrew Humphrey Bio

Andrew Humphrey is a partner and chair emeritus of Faegre Drinker and a corporate lawyer. From 2010-17, Andrew served as chair and managing partner of Faegre Baker Daniels, leading the firm's material growth and expansion. Andrew currently continues to assist with the strategic growth of the firm. Andrew advises clients on general corporate counseling, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, and securities regulation.
