Adam Hertzke Bio

Adam Hertzke advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate counseling. He works with clients in a variety of industries, including food and beverage, renewable energy, manufacturing, financial services, insurance and technology. Adam represents financial and strategic buyers and sellers in a variety of merger and acquisition transaction types. Corporate combinations take many forms, and Adam helps his clients execute the transactions that achieve their strategic goals, through traditional mergers and acquisitions as well as joint ventures and other forms of strategic partnerships — from billion-dollar transactions to smaller deals. Adam is the leader of the firm’s Des Moines office. He is a former member of the firm's National Hiring Committee and the former hiring partner in Des Moines. He is also the co-planner for Faegre Drinker's annual M&A Conference in Des Moines, which is Iowa's largest M&A conference.
