Nicholas Mathioudakis helps emerging companies catalyze growth. He advises on complex licensing transactions, equity and debt investment transactions, merger and acquisition transactions, and other strategic transactions. Nick advises clients in the software-as-a-service, internet of things, information technology, health IT, clean energy and medical device industries and works with high-growth businesses in other industries. His clients include technology companies (of all stages), venture capital firms, angel investors, and large companies which implement complex technologies or make investments in technology companies. Nick co-leads the firm's emerging companies and venture capital practice.
