He offers bespoke advice in M&A, JV structuring, commercial and other corporate agreements. His client base is geographically diverse across the world, and covers a broad array of industries including education, manufacturing, technology and food. His dual citizenship (France/U.S.) and personal experience living abroad (France, Argentina, U.S.), together with his global network of contacts, give Luc a unique international perspective and cultural sensitivity that clients value. Luc is an active member of the international team serving on its executive committee and leading the firm’s French desk.
