Kaili has represented clients in acquisition financing, asset-based lending, standalone letter of credit facilities, multicurrency facilities, single-lender and club transactions, syndicated credit facilities, senior and mezzanine debt financings, and other secured and unsecured lending transactions across various industries. She has experience with borrowers in various industries, including life sciences, health care, financial services, insurance, restaurant, retail, communications, manufacturing and logistics.
