Jesse Linebaugh is an experienced trial attorney focused on defending insurance and annuity companies, banks, and broker-dealers in single plaintiff and class actions, as well as handling noncompete litigation and internal investigations. Jesse and his team partner with clients to find the best solutions for their commercial disputes — whether an early resolution, a dispositive motion or a full-bench or jury trial. Jesse is co-chair of both the firm’s nationwide financial services industry team and the firm’s securities and financial services practice group.
