Eli Isaacs counsels and assists public and private companies in connection with merger and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and general corporate issues. He advises clients across a variety of industries and throughout the company life cycle. Eli also advises on the use of M&A representation and warranty insurance during transactions, a product that is being used with greater frequency in the current M&A market, and the use of derivative financial products for hedging against risk exposures.
