Rod, a Partner in our corporate team in Hong Kong, advises clients on their M&A, private equity, joint venture, re-organisation and other transactions around the Asia Pacific region. Rod loves to guide clients on their most complex and important transactions. Rod has worked on transactions across a broad range of sectors and industries including industrials, automotive, aviation, consumer retail, infrastructure, TMT and life sciences. Rod also has particular experience with private equity-backed transactions; acting for both sponsors and management teams. Rod's clients include multinational corporates, private equity funds as well as entrepreneurs and family offices.
