Craig Alcorn Bio

Craig counsels clients across a wide variety of industries, including energy, healthcare, technology, pharmaceuticals, financial services, asset management, retail, industrials and foodservice. He represents public and private companies, including financial sponsors in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, equity investments and corporate governance matters. He advises his clients on all aspects of M&A transactions, including negotiation of all transaction agreements, overseeing due diligence investigations, coordinating deal teams and advising on legal and business issues. Craig regularly speaks on securities and M&A-related topics, including at conferences by the Practising Law Institute. Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Craig worked in the M&A practice of a large global law firm. Prior to his legal career, he worked at Arthur Andersen LLP and Protiviti Inc. as an internal audit and risk consultant.
