Kathleen Harrison practices transactional law with a focus on financing. She has developed a specialty practice in the EB-5 industry. With her knowledge of the requirements of the EB-5 program, she advises developers seeking to use foreign capital to finance their real estate projects and regional centers navigating the regulatory landscape. Her experience includes collaboration with a diverse team of professionals, including business plan writers, economists, broker-dealers, and attorneys in other practices areas, ensuring comprehensive support for clients. Kathleen is a Chattanooga native. She earned her undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and her law degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
