Philippe Mulliez shares responsibility for company and financial law within our firm, along with mergers and takeovers. He specialises in M&A practices, with a particular focus on joint ventures and different forms of cooperation. He is also an experienced litigator in all areas of company law. He specialises, in particular, in shareholder disputes and procedures in which management liability is in question. He has been a partner at Eubelius since 2002 and was a member of the management committee from 15 March 2016 until 31 December 2023. Philippe has been a member of the West Flanders Bar since 1994.
