Erwin Destuyver practice focuses on company law and financial law, with an emphasis on private M&A (domestic and cross-border) and private equity transactions. He also works regularly on equity capital markets transactions (IPOs, SPOs and rights issues). He has been a partner at Eubelius since January 2009 and a member of the Brussels Bar since 1997.
