Eric Masson Bio

Specializes in all aspects of healthcare legal matters, with a specific focus on corporate structuring, regulatory matters and mergers, acquisitions and sales for independent dentists/doctors as well as DSOs/MSOs. Eric is a retired Coast Guard officer with experience in operations, financial management and legal. Prior to joining Eskow Law Group (and following his service to the Coast Guard), Eric worked as the Chief Legal Officer for a national healthcare company where he managed the all aspects of the legal department, including M&A, regulatory, compliance, HR/employment, real estate and litigation.
