Terence Ritchie Bio

I am the Head of Real Estate at EMW. Having initially qualified in the City, I have spent the majority of my career working in and around London and the northern home counties. With a focus in property finance matters, I advise a wide range of clients in the finance, banking, investment and occupier led sectors with my particular interest and experience being in industrial, office, retail and leisure. As well as the aforementioned areas, my wider Real Estate team advise on matters nationally relating to development, planning, construction, social housing, telecoms and residential conveyancing.
