I am head of the EMW Corporate Team and a transactional lawyer, specialising in M&A, buy-outs, disposals, investment work and often works on solvent restructuring projects. I also advise companies on shareholder issues and work closely with client boards of directors, helping to guide them on their next strategic decision. I have experience working in a broad range of sectors, more recently with technology and manufacturing clients and I sit on the board of the Silverstone Technology Cluster.
