I’m Chair of EMW, sitting on its board and driving the strategic and cultural focus of the firm. I feel it is really important to stay connected to what the practice is here to do and how we can always improve for our clients and our lawyers in a changing world, so I still practice corporate law (also because I love it), working with entrepreneurs, owner managed businesses and larger corporates. My expertise ranges from acquisitions and disposals to investments to investigating and delivering improved structures that can allow businesses to grow. My time as Chair (and on EMW and client boards for over 10 years) has given me alternative and valuable insight into the issues facing our clients and how to work with them to fix them. I’m also Vice Chair of the Parks Trust in Milton Keynes.
