James Geary Bio

I started out advising businesses on all nature of trading agreements, as well as providing advice on competition law, data protection, and the protection and exploitation of intellectual property. Following a stint as Head of Legal and a member of the management team at one of the UK’s leading environmental compliance service providers, I spent a number of years as Head of Business Development at EMW. I am now EMW’s Managing Partner, with ultimate responsibility for agreeing and then delivering the firm’s strategic plan.
