Stephanie Pautot has broad experience in advising on all aspects of real estate investment projects including acquisition, due diligence, disposal, local development projects, financing, lease negotiations and property management. She provides guidance across most types of real estate, including offices, retail and warehousing and she usually acts as an interface between clients and technical experts, including accounting and tax advisers. She also acts as legal project manager for large-scale real estate projects. Stéphanie is recognised for having a strong legal knowledge, displays fine legal reasoning and is able to tackle complex legal issues. Her track record and experience enables her to provide practical advice. Together with other members, Stéphanie is in charge of coordinating and contributing to the knowledge development of the firm, with a special focus on corporate law and real estate law.
