Olivia Moessner practice concentrates on collective asset management and investment funds. Olivia advises a number of investment fund promoters and other financial institutions in relation to the set-up and structuring of their Luxembourg investment fund operations. Her practice encompasses a broad range of investment funds (UCITS, ELTIFs, Part II funds, SIFs and RAIFs) implementing various liquid and semi-liquid investments strategies.
