Jed Gibson is a Partner in Ellison Schneider Harris & Donlan. His practice specializes in serving retail electric service providers, municipal utilities, small and multi-jurisdictional utilities, developers and owners of conventional and renewable generating facilities, as well as industrial concerns, assisting these clients with California energy regulatory policy and administrative litigation before the California Public Utilities and California Energy Commissions. He has expertise in Renewables Portfolio Standard (RPS) policy, eligibility, procurement, and compliance issues. Jed has also supported clients with acquisitions, power purchase and sales agreements, interconnection agreements, and permitting and environmental issues related to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Jed has extensive experience representing retail electric service providers, municipal utilities, small and multi-jurisdictional utilities, and developers and owners of conventional and renewable generating facilities before the California Public Utilities Commission and California Energy Commission.
