Raimonds Slaidiņs is co-founder and senior partner at Ellex in Latvia where he leads the firm’s mergers & acquisitions practice and is part of the Ellex leadership team’s Coordinating Committee. Raimonds specializes in the acquisition and sale of companies and business divisions, joint ventures, majority and minority investments and corporate work in general. He has advised a broad range of foreign investor and institutional clients and has participated in complex, strategic mergers and acquisition projects in Latvia. He is ranked as a leading Latvian M&A lawyer in Legal 500, IFLR 1000, Chambers & Partners and Who’s Who Legal. Raimonds is a former president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Latvia and a regular lecturer at the Riga Graduate School of Law.
