Jordan Gutglass concentrates his practice on transactional entertainment law with a focus in the music industry. He regularly advises both high-profile and developing recording artists, songwriters, and producers, along with record labels, music publishers, and other individual and corporate clients regarding a wide variety of transactions within the entertainment business. Prior to joining Eisner, LLP, Jordan was an associate at a boutique intellectual property and entertainment firm, Meitus Gelbert Rose, LLP, where he worked on a multitude of music and entertainment-related matters. Jordan also served as counsel to Tavel & Shulman, P.C., a boutique NYC music and entertainment law firm. During law school, Jordan started his career in the music business as a legal extern with Universal Music Group’s Business & Legal Affairs Department.
