Sheldon Krause Bio

Sheldon Krause has practiced corporate and securities law for almost 20 years, starting at Cravath, Swaine & Moore. Krause serves as general counsel for a number of Israeli technology companies and has special expertise in representing Israeli companies that are conducting business, seeking financing or making investments in the United States. Krause has extensive experience in Securities Exchange Act compliance work, and is counsel to several public companies. Mr. Krause received his B.S. from Brooklyn College in 1977 and his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1980. Sheldon Krause and Adam Eilenberg formed our firm in 1997. Mr. Krause is fluent in Hebrew.
