Peter Brown Bio

Peter Brown is a regulatory and business law solicitor. He provides advice on a wide range of transactional and day-to-day business activities for commercial clients and financial institutions. Peter often acts in the role of General Corporate Counsel for his clients, advising on a comprehensive range of issues to help them succeed in accomplishing their business and organizational goals. Peter is a Partner at EKB and has been with the firm since 1996, when he first started as an articled student at EKB. He acted as managing partner of the firm between 2013 and 2016.
