Shailesh Poria is part of the Dispute Resolution practice at ELP, Mumbai. Shailesh completed his law from Government Law College, Mumbai and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa since 2006. With over 12 years of experience, he is proficient in handling corporate and contractual disputes, real estate litigation, Intellectual Property matters and consumer disputes. Shailesh has advised and represented clients across various Courts, Tribunals and other quasi-judicial authorities as well as represented clients in domestic and international commercial arbitrations. Prior to joining ELP, Shailesh was heading one of the Dispute Resolution Teams at Hariani & Co.
