Rohit Sharma is an Associate Partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of ELP. Rohit regularly advises clients on corporate, commercial, contractual and insolvency disputes. He represents clients before Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and tribunals across the country, and in ad-hoc and institutional arbitrations. Rohit has experience across a wide range of disputes both of a general commercial nature as well as public and regulatory disputes. His experience spans numerous sectors including Infrastructure & Real Estate, Telecom, Mining, Sports, and Pharmaceutical, amongst others. Rohit has a significant experience in formulating pre litigation/ pre-arbitration strategies for clients’ and providing solutions in conflicting situations. With his practical experience of successfully handling and managing complex litigations, he has been successful in obtaining good out of court settlements for clients. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and is a member of the Supreme Court of India Bar Association and the Delhi High Court Bar Association. Prior to joining ELP, Rohit was an Associate at Karanjawala & Co. Rohit has completed his LL.B from Kurukshetra University. He also holds a Diploma in Competition Law and Policy from the National University of Law, New Delhi and has completed a certificate course on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) from the World Intellectual Property Organization, Geneva.
