Aditya Khadria is a Partner in the Banking & Finance and Real Estate practices of ELP. Aditya has handled and worked on complex Banking & Finance and Real Estate matters involving innovative solution-oriented structuring and advice on a full range of matters including standardisation of documents for various banks and financial institutions, commercial real estate financing, external commercial borrowings, onshore and offshore syndications, consortium financing, title due diligences, structured financing, securitisations, factoring, receivable purchase transactions, trade products, debentures, infrastructure financing, financing of NBFCs by banks and providing opinions on new financial products . He has represented both Indian and multinational clients including banks, financial institutions, borrowers and real estate developers. Aditya has also worked closely with several banks and financial institutions for structuring their products and documentations and for providing title due diligence reports on major portions of lands across the country including development, re-development, SEZ and slum rehabilitation projects. In addition to the Banking & Finance and Central Legislations regarding the real estate practice, Aditya is well versed with the local real estate and customs laws prevailing in multiple states in India. Known for his solution-oriented approach and providing commercially viable solutions to the clients, Aditya previously served with SNG & Partners. He is a law graduate from the University of Pune.
