Michael Horner’s practice has involved corporate finance, governance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, both in private practice and as in-house counsel. In the private sector Michael’s experience has involved leading teams across disciplines, including: operations, corporate governance, legal, finance, banking and compliance. Michael thrives in challenging and fast-paced environments where engaged teams work on complex and dynamic projects. Michael served in the US Army, including assignments with Special Operations Command. He oversaw a team of 25 officers and over 100 enlisted personnel and commanded operations in countries worldwide.
