Roberto Williams Bio

Roberto is a partner in the Dispute Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration practice area of ECIJA Honduras. He is an arbitrator and secretary of Arbitral Courts certified by the Centre for Reconciliation and Arbitration of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Tegucigalpa. He has extensive experience providing arbitration and advisory services to local and foreign clients, and state institutions in cases related to industrial property, energy and public procurement, and is notable for his work on industrial property and insurance litigation. He teaches Investment Negotiation and Promotion, Commercial Law and International Commercial Law at the University Technology Centre and is accredited in PIDA Training by the International Commercial Arbitration, which is supported by the Institute of International Commercial Law of the International Chamber of Commerce. He has also participated in International Arbitration Conferences of the Young Arbitrator Forum of the International Chamber of Commerce.
