Renata is partner of the Corporate and M&A Department at CTA ECIJA, with over 20 years of experience in the areas of corporate law, contract transactions and M&A and corporate restructuring. She has a Degree in Economic Sciences at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo – PUC/SP, a Bachelor of Laws (L.LB) Degree at Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas – FMU/SP, a postgraduation Degree in Corporate Law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo – PUC/SP and a Specialization in Corporate Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, São Paulo. Renata is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association. Recognized as one of the most admired corporate lawyers in the publication of Análise Advocacia 500 magazine in 2018.Speaks English and Spanish.
