Octavio Zenarruza is a partner in the areas of Corporate/M&A, Energy, Infrastructure and Oil & Gas, Banking Law and Private clients and trusts. He is a founding partner of Elzen Abogados, now ECIJA ARGENTINA. He has developed significant experience for twenty years by giving professional advice to Argentine and foreign clients on financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, providing strategic and business advice, in matters of corporate and financial law. He holds different positions in boards of directors of several companies. Lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires Law School. He specializes in Constitutional and Private Law, with a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) of the University of Pennsylvania (USA). Studies focused on Corporate and Financial Law.
