Attorney and ECIJA Barcelona Managing Partner. Gabriel Nadal is partner of ECIJA Corporate, M&A, and Commercial Law areas. With more than 20 years of experience in Corporate and Business law, prior to joining ECIJA, he was Co-founder/Partner and Head of the Corporate and M&A practice at another leading Spanish law firm. He advises clients on issues related to: corporate finance; entrepreneurial & closely held businesses; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; partnerships, joint-ventures and strategic alliances; and the acquisition & sale of financially distressed companies. Gabriel Nadal has obtained an LLM from the Universiteit van Amsterdam and an LLB from the Universidad de Barcelona (Spain). Gabriel speaks Spanish, Catalan, English, Italian and French.
